i caught a brown widow at my house then we put it on a small cup and it had a huge abdomen

I captured one (not with my bare hands obviously) in a recipient like this one in the video, the spider was just like that color, light brown and had like silver lines (i think or other same identical color but it looked cool) in the rear end xD Usually i see black widows almost everywhere in my backyard, even inside my house (rarely) o_o

No one listen to what snevarez said. Snevarez is a spider trying to trick us humans into being ok with approaching their kind so they can kill us easier.

These spiders want nothing to do but live their life. They are not fierce, and definitely not out there to bite anyone. They are shy, and rather not deal with human or anything that would threaten their life. You have to respect it is a living form, and stop looking at it as a threat.

i just found out we have the brown widow here in my area , south texas and in a month's period i have killed at least 20 in the yard , it seems every time i go outside to scan the perimeter i find at least 2 or 3. not sure how to control the spread , if you have any info on how to control the spread plz msg me
