I did the same swap in my 95 civic coupe. mines not completly stock tho. mines got cams, clutch, chipped ecu, short shift, intake headers and exhuast. i beat a 04 mustang gt that was moded, and a brand new 2010 mustang to. i got a full interior cuz i got kids so really its just how u drive. i stripped down at the track and ran a 13.87 and thats that was my first time launching that car so my launch was messed up!!! ha its a good swap man congrats and keep reppin h22 egs

Gutted civic with a 200hp h22a (<--prelude motor). the weight and hp ratio is pretty damn good for just stock. i might do that with my '94 coupe. and another plus is that Honda is like the only tuner you can red line a 9000 rpm...it crazy :)

listen guys it's not about how power the car's has got or how much torque, it's what u do with the car that counts. higly tuned civic with a vortech high output supercharger can horse power an output of 530 hp and 396 lbs of torque plus that's is an si model for the civic. now if u were 2 put a turbocharger in the civic u would be pushin about an estimated 649 hp and 560 lbs of torque. i should know cuz i read alot of tuner car magazine's and it state's alot of the civic's true horse power.

Supercharger is there from the start? its belt driven and you lose abit of Power from the Pulley but you make up with the Low-Mid power, and a turbo needs to spool up so can coz big Lag if you dont get the Pistons, Rods, and Intercooler all just right,

Best to just go NA tuning with the vtecs, the block is under alot of Stren with the high revs as it is, never mind 2Bar of boost fucked in there too! and anymore than 220-240bhp at the Wheels is just to crap to go round corners even with Diff

The civic that we raced in the beginning is a 2006 civic si 2.0-liter 197hp K20A not a b16a 160 hp...we slowed down towards the end to get a better look at the car. The race was from a stop btw, filmed it a little late.
