I think it only brings forward questions to be answered. I won't go as far as considered it a conspiracy theory (Mearsheimer's) I don't think his arguments are strong enough for that. Nevertheless, if this lobby (or sth similar) were to exist, I would propose to form a Dafur Lobby maybe with that US will take interest in the genocide.
