  • cool flight dude BTW i got one of this these how are you able to get away with doing loops with this plane as a control line? becouse i crashed it about 2 weekends ago trying to loop it i got started in this hobby flying these back 1993 my uncler got me started from there then from there R/C. I have the 480 with the 12x6 prop set up do the loops have to wide?

  • @ILiveAgain1 "Figure 8" inverted loops are possible (like the video shows), but not complete loops with this plane. There's not enough control line length to do a complete loop without having what you mention happen. You can try a bigger motor, but all that will do is make it faster really. Hope you get it fixed soon.

  • @hobbytowngreg ok the cable i'm using is 60 feet long cable from Sullviann(if i spelled it right?) i got all fixed up took it out last sunday i charged my TP 2100 3 cell to a RHNIO 3 cell 225 with a 40c the plane felt better i got away with 2 fast loops so i tryed an invert but my battery run low had a low speed inverted landing but not as that munch damaged comp[ired to last time. thanks for the reply!

  • @ILiveAgain1 OK, Sounds good. Glad we could help. 60 feet is good, the more the better for loops, but you'll still need alot of power to overcome the extra drag of the longer cable.Just keep that in mind, even if you go with a bigger plane next time. You're welcome! Stop by anytime.

  • how long does this take to build?

  • @earthling1984 As long, or short as you want. It normally takes about 4 hours for the novice to put this plane together. A pro modeler can probably put it together in about an an hour or so, due to being an ARF. All you have to do is add the radio system, & assemble the parts really.

  • do u have to fly it on a string like a kite or can it be flown like an RC plane with no string

  • @TheFlight17 All you have to do is buy the radio system, servos and set the plane up with the equipment and go fly. Thanks

  • How hard is it to fly a plane with control lines?

  • @wrestlemaniac202

It takes quite a bit of getting used to. This plane can be set up for either Radio Controlled flight, or the control line setup in this video.

It's recommended that you start off with a smaller, (& slower) plane first if you're interested in control line flight.
