@ mark from axis your a lucky man to even be in the room with such a legend let alone push the first half of this vid great job pal I thought you did well
@hightaims Thanks mate! tell me about it what a legend he was such a good guy. at the end he rolled with a few of us and said he just loves to train and was good to come sweat with us, that's what it's all about. great experience.
Mir need to work with Nogueira instead of fighting him, his (Mir) half guard sucks (relative to the rest of his game). If he could work with Nog on his sweeps and transitions he wouldn't get pounded out so much.
@axisjiujitsu Yeah not too far at all, I have been thinking about it quiet a bit, just been looking at my options I want to train in Mixed Martial so im not sure where to start training. I have been reccomended to Axis for Jui-Jitsu but to Shindo for All round training. Which does not make it an easy decision.
Hi Mate, no probs. we have MMA classes Tuesday and Thursday mate, both grappling and striking! If you want to do some specialist training in stiking to help you we have both Boxing and Muay Thai in the same facility at Matrix Gym, so no need to look around. I promise you you'll find what you need ;)

That last sub was awesome! I thought I could walk around and try hold off that submission but I felt his hand on my back so tried to get it off, but it was a setup and he wrist locked me as well!! Loved every second of getting smashed by big nog!
@mufc786hm Hi mate, I've been training 4.5 years I'm between beginning and middle level purple belt but a long long way to brown belt. I do pretty well in competition BJJ but still I'm just beginning my journey. It was fun rolling against big nog but you find yourself in positions that you wouldn't normally be in and finding room to breath rather than using perfect technique, he knew what I was going to do before I did so you just try something else ;)
awesome roll, those mats have mat burn written all over em lol.

really entertaining match actually. Nog usually wins these, but it's always good to see a good roll!

Hi Mate,
You'd be welcome to come down and train. Do you live locally? why not pop in one night?

@terryr32 I agree - head to Axis. The owner Jason is an awesome teacher.

@MarkNienaber Not in a condescending way but can I just ask how long you've been training and how good you would rate yourself.
