As I'm sure you know, all this crap like "obamacare," and "death panels" are all inventions of the right. Obama does not have a health care plan per se, but there have been drafts that have been crafted by congress. Furthermore, it's not so much a health care "plan" so much as a stab at reforming insurance coverage. Also - on tax deductions - you can carry certain deductions forward for a period of time, so you might want to check that out.
I never thought that and don't know why you would have, so I can't speak to the question.
