@smtiellgopher If I'm correct, this was an entrant in the 50th annual Annecy festival. It seems to be about a frog who gets turned into a robot by some kind of a fairy. I believe it was meant to show off the author's animating/video editing skills more than anything else.

It's a play on the phrase "il était une fois" (literally, "there was one time"), the French equivalent of "once upon a time."

"Frog" is used instead of "grenouille" because of the similarity in sound between "frog" (with a guttural R) and "fois."
