For anyone wondering about the 8 psi bit, if you look at the gauge it was reading in bar. 1 bar being around 14.5 psi, 8 bar would be 116 psi, burst pressure of nearly 300 psi.

The destructive test gauge reads neally 20 BAR that 290 PSI (pounds per square inch) NOT 8 psi as the narrator says,my bike tyres are normally run at 35 psi. rec.

awesome video, but the numbers are off ... at the end, the narrator says the tire explodes at 20 PSI. this isnt right. the gauge pictured on the machine reads in bars. 1 bar is about 14.5 PSI. So when the tire exploded, it was actually at 290 PSI.
