  • whos the chick?

  • So I heard Sarah McLachlan did a cover of this song.

  • Wow. A year later, and I still love this song. Cannot help it, it's still better than the original to me, but I've always preferred rock music to anything else...

  • and I would be the one

    to hold you down

    kiss you so hard

    I'll take your breath away

and after, I'd wipe away the tears

    just close your eyes dear

    that part is kinky ;)

  • I've read a lot of debates about this version vs. Sarah McLachlan's. While hers is ethereal, this one is more edgy. That being said, I happen to like both versions, but the McLachlan one is infinitely more creepy.

  • @dnewhope777 i completely agree with you. Both great versions

  • this song's awesome! <3

  • @wintryeclipse don't get me wrong I love smile empty soul to death but they have nothing on Evans blue on this song. Nobody could have done it better than Evans blue

  • I like this version better than the original XD

  • where can I download this song? :( I can find just Sarah's cover... [its great, but I want this cover too]

  • good job

  • @8six10Se to the guys of the band of course

  • Was so psyched when I first saw that Evans Blue did a cover on this song; love it! They did an awesome job with it!

  • no disrespect to the band covering it just once you hear smile empty souls version nothing compares not even the original.

  • Big Sarah fan here. This is actually a great cover. This band obviously are big fans of her as well.

  • I love this song xD

  • I like this song....

  • This is originally a Sarah McLachlan song... =)

  • @Rivaleka Really?? it isn't a cover though??? at least not labled as one. But yes wikipedia clearly indicates that. But theres different lyrics somewhat no?

  • @strikethematch52 He/she is right. "Canadian alternative rock band Evans Blue covered this song on their first album, The Melody and the Energetic Nature of Volume. Smile Empty Soul also has a cover of the song on their album B-Sides." the Originan was made by that woman in 1993.

  • @Rivaleka I didn't know that. This version is very fitting though. x
