It can take a little practice to get it right, like any frother. Go more gently on your strokes. The milk won't splash out and the foam will stabilize. Then swirl the pitcher and pour gently into your cup. We've had baristas making quality latte art with these, so you may want to give it a second try when you have time. Thanks for the review!
She's done a very sloppy job. I use mine all the time with much much better results. I enjoy drinking dry cappuccinos and always get it right.

I have seen people get similar results with their French press which is interesting :S but you can't beat the areochino :D
