This drama is good, but I love Lotus lantern prequel better.

Er lang's life is more tragic that his nephew.

Lotus Lantern prequel is way way way way better than the original lotus lantern.

The love that Er Lang has for his mother is so deep that it touch my heart. I cry alot waching the prequel. The scene between Er Lang and his mother is more emotional than his nephew. Lotus lantern is good, but not as good as the Lotus lantern prequel.

I really wander how the nian nian looked like when she comes down to the mortal world. And seriously I do not relly like the ending like have not tell finished the story properly. I watched finished the show still wandering what happened after the weeding. And other people what happened to them. So sian, wished I could edit the endng. The ending really sucks!!!!!
