  • Wars in this region of Africa are usually tribal conflicts for control. Instead of spears and arrows, they now use AK-47s, rockets, mortars, helicopters, etc.

  • Social political issues. just the same way some conservatives in the Us can not concieve a black being president and succeed, the same applies in burundi.Only that there, things moved from rhetoric to guns
