  • dinosaurs dont die..

  • Screaming Trees > Nirvana, Soundgarden and (especially) Pearl Jam. End of discussion.

  • @lurch321 I'm starting to like ST but I gotta disagree. You must be trollin, or maybe they became to mainstream for your hipster style, I don't know. Honestly all of ST's songs sound the same. At least Nirvana, Soundgarden, and Pearl Jam have different sounding songs. I suggest opening your ears man. My favorites are Lounge Act, Fell On Black Days, and Black. Or Alive. Can't really decide. Just listen to any of those.

  • @Hefenstahg I tend to agree with you. Dust is the only album with a bit of song diversity. buzz Factory, Uncle and Oblivion are pretty much have the same groove to them. Pearl Jam don't stick to one genre, and in that aspect they my seem more interesnig. And that's coming from diehard ST fan.

  • @lurch321 lol...Same bands, placements differ. It's all personal. I think AIC should be in there too ;) Sometimes I also wonder how that placement would go if Cornell had died rather than Cobain? Back before Cobain died, SG and Nirvana seemed to be esteemed on the same level pretty much, And then there's the bands that never got known outside of Seattle...Seemed like there wasn't anything that good IN Seattle once the "Seattle" thing went national.

  • Desearía poder escuchar esta canción, mi ultima ilusión esta en The Gutter Twins

  • Not available on mobile? Fucking VEVO

  • @playman350

Download Dolphin Browser HD on ur mobile, you can watch the desktop version of Youtube ;)

  • touches the very soul of me

  • i second that, BEST song ever amaizing voice,

  • Their best song, hands down!

  • i miss the 90s :(

  • Guys, they won't get back together because they can't get along. At all. Hell, they didn't tour for Dust at all, as far as I remember. The band was done before Dust came out.

  • this was my love song of thebestlove story i had indeed probably the only one since the other compared are just a pale imitation, no need to say we broke,

the worst thing in life is when something beautiful happens then it s gone and there is no way to make it come back.

  • 2:07 so good

  • Momentary feeling of happiness that ends with the song, strange what happens...

  • The day Lanegan dies, I decree that this song be played over and over again on my ipod... More so at least then it already is....

  • Screaming Tress/Mark Lanegan talent so unrated.. All their songs/albums so awesome.. Mark beautful and meaningful writter..hes worked with some greats Kurt/Layne, who both great friends of Mark and saw his talent too...

  • Best tree song and video...such passion in the song they did it for the music not for money....Lanegan writes the best lyrics in the Grunge scene hands down!

  • yup its really one of the best song ever...the sound of bagpiper is the best.....

    #

  • why cant these guys please Reunite? I mean Soundagrden did it. We need the Trees back!

  • @Wesson4 Soundgarden shoulda done an Unplugged... imagine the awesomeness... lol thayil on an acoustic...

  • it's a shame that they wont get together... they will realese in august the last album that never came out... but they wont give concerts or anything... we only can hope from mark to sing more songs in his concerts...

  • i love this video and i love the calliope sounding organ solo during the bridge

  • Save the Trees!

  • Only 1 dislike. I bet he feels like a douche. He's probably fapping to the Lady Gaga album art, while he daydreams of poking her face.

  • one person doesn't get real music.

  • big time rush advertisement? come on

  • This song is SO f-ing awesome.

  • This song has something rare, a keyboard solo that actually sounds great!

  • ...althoug Nirvana is and it will always be a great band, one of my favourites, there Aesthetics comes from Mudhoney, and their music is more Punk than anithing else. AH! Mark Lannagan and Kurt Kobain look alike Mark Arm, from Green River and later and still on, Mudhoney...:D

  • About Kobain and similaraties...Every damn person in this worl says that Nirvana invented Grunge... Nirvana were usefull to bring grunge to mainstream...It's about the difference of "Grunge" Music Style and Grunge "Scene". Grunge is Soundgarden, Green River, AinC and probably Mudhoney and PJ...

  • So underrated band... common, his voice is godlike and they did it for the music, not like todays music industry

  • Awesome 8-bit solo :D

  • mark lanegan is the king!!!

  • Why am I only after discovering this band ? They are awesome.

  • no affence but i dont like them thier to soft its just not my type of music but im a good sport so ill like the video

  • @captinSideways Try "Gospel Plow"

  • Speechless... long live Screaming Trees!

  • one of the best songs ever...;-)

  • love it, really breaks my heart sometimes when I hear it.

  • this reminds me pop-rock music they used to play in a radio

  • Kurt Kobains cousin?

  • @AlexCanQS - no, just one of his best friends.

  • @AlexCanQS no.

  • @AlexCanQS the screaming trees actually came before nirvana, so if you think that this guy is a kurt kobain look alike, kurt kobain looks like him.

  • @hobgoblinhobo313 Damn straight!

  • @hobgoblinhobo313

Yea. Hell, kurt cobain shopped around for that look. He dyed his hair frequently and let his hair grow out, to look more legit. Not that the guy was a sell out or anything, but he did market himself very similar to other grunge musicians.

  • @hobgoblinhobo313 In reality, they'd be considered contemporaries. They actually collaborated together early on in their careers before either of them blew the music scene wide open.

  • Respond to this video... Josh Homme ftw.

  • @hobgoblinhobo313 both bands worked with each other and were good friends

  • Ahhh, the Northwest!

  • beautiful video, very-'90s .mark lanegan is the best singer of all time... :)

  • JUAN NEKO : quiero la trduccion de esta!!!! porrrrrrrffiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • My ears want to have conjugal relations with Mark's voice.

  • The really shitty Eagles went on tour again, cant we get the Trees too? Lets all make it happen. Buy some Trees crap, I did....

  • 1:13 GOd I want Marks hat!

  • @muskypucker: Got the CD in the mail just a few days ago! Friggin' Fantastic! "Look At You" is another superb track.

  • his voice kinda sounds like dylan in this one...

  • How on earth did this one pass me by all those years ago?! I feel ashamed of myself! That absolute EARGASM of a keyboard solo at 2:08 is incredible.

  • @MattHatter It's fantastic - Benmont Tench of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers played it.

  • Great song. Screaming Trees are one of the best and not many people know of them. Fuck Vevo is right!

  • Classic song. Fuck Vevo/Sony :D

  • one of the most beautiful songs ever written

  • Greatest organ solo ever!

  • Comment removed

  • That might have to do with the fact that Barrett Martin is the drummer for both bands. But that's just a small possibility.

  • My favorite Screaming Trees song.

  • awesome song:!!!

  • Sweet Tune
