it's doing that because you don't have a load on the transmission. Most all chain drive bikes will do that. What you are hearing is the "back Lash" in the gears. It's normal, set the wheel on the ground and ride it.
Of course without actually seeing the bike, I guess it's possible you have something else going on.

Thanks for the reply man and your right it was because there was no load on it, having been riding it since doing the work I have not heard it since.

It was running with out a can at the time of the vid.
The bike runs a two brothers can and a k&n with a pc III map to suit. So its all good fueling wise. Cheers for the reply.
