@prilo9 I'm not positive, but here's what I think.

KJ was the son of a head of a company that scarface killed, then JM was chosen to be the new head so he's angry too because he thought it would be him at least and he suspects JM for getting scarface to kill his dad, so he wants to kill him for revenge and for the position. Meanwhile HJ is hired by scarface to kill JM (maybe scarface has somethign against the company?? not sure) so he and KJ converge at the same time to kill JM...

KJ still wants girl for blackmail agsint JM though, and JM tricks HJ to get him out of the house so he can have his gf back.
