it depends on the strain. over 90% of weed that people get is indica or an indica/sativa blend, which are both calm relaxing highs, and rarely do people get a pure sativa strain, which is an energetic high

sorry but i don't understand what you mean, when i first smoked weed and got high like the 3rd time, everythuing was hysterical and for the next few times also, but then it became more subdued and serious if you know what i mean, nowadays 25 years latter, i like to be energetic when i smoke weed, go for a walk or a bike ride, i don't laugh but i sure have funny stoned thoughts that make me laugh ha ha ha ha ha
