I try and try to concentrate but I can't. I have tried not eating stupid foods and it still doesn't help. It's stopped me from meditating properly and effects my gym performance too.

i am not a bottled water drinker, i fill my glass from the tap like old school, and i think that is what causing it; the fluoridated water. Im going to try to counter it by starting jogging 2 miles 3 times a week since the weather will be beautiful in few more weeks. Hopefully extra flow of oxygen to the brain will clear up the rust.

Yeah this is really good. I love the skies and the reference to Matrix I had not seen that. Any one filmed chem's at night. I have not seen it on film but I saw it a couple of nights back for the first time. 20 planes fro 03:00 to 04:00 all laying it down. Kind of beautiful across the moon and all but hell yeah my joints ache I cant concentrate I don't sleep much. Colloidal silver has helped my nose from itching and getting blocked at night. marianneglinda: Your so right I have three middle age friends dieing of it right now. I mean days from death. The valley I live in hardly has a house not touched by it. The is an epidemic/pandemic and it's on the front of our papers every day and there are just so many sick people in my village. Alkaline diet and meditation help but they have even made that hard with there EMF pollution. Who ever voted for this crap? What ever happened to Democracy?
