The only thing that's sad is the comments in this video. By the way that's not Leon Russell on stage , have you ever seen Leon? Has a great long white beard , looks like santa claus.

Leon played earlier in the night.

well, a lifetime of cigarettes dont help much either. i dont see anything sad about it. he is not tony bennett. never was. dylan was a phraser. most everyone that was truthful knew he was not a singer per se. a songwriter performer. of course the most prolific we have seen in several decades.

I don't think that"s him. Have you seen him lately. He has a huge white beard and long hair. That guy looks awfully young and relatively hairless. Russel could, by the way be playing any of the instruments up there - he plays everything. I just don't think he's there. He was just inducted into the R&R hall of fame and clearly deserves lots of credit, just not apparently for this,

This guy sang his voice out, completely. Nothin' left. It's sad. Wrote, this guy, the most important songs in social history, his incredible songs and full on rock 'n' roll. I'm almost as old as Dylan is, and still play

I've always loved his rough singing, hell. I even like Keith Richards voice, but this is just growling and burping through the songs. He could do better, has nothing to do with age either....
