  • Are their any positions to build flexibility in the legs, that does not involve bending to extreme angles? I have a torn acl and mcl in my left leg and it creates to much pressure to bend them that tight.

  • @MsMarciachi It helps stretch the muscles a bit more than if you held it for a short time. The longer you hold the pose, the more your muscles stretch and become more flexible over time ^_^

  • Thank you for this video. I workout a few times a week at home or at the gym. I am doing some stretches for flexibility. To date I have not found a way to stretch my biceps after a workout. Would you please include flexibility exercises for this body part in your next video?

  • Ester, What i should do. When i expend my leg full, in the knee something crack and i can feel it. This problem is in the both legs. And also when i raise my knee up and start do circles with leg, my pelvis always cracking, and it's not just a noise, i can feel it, it's not a pain but it's very annoying. What is this. I do karate, and i want to get my stretching really good but, in the next day when i start do stretch or kick my legs is hurting and cracking in the knees and pelvis. Please help

  • it you do this every day, how long will it generally take to do the splits?

  • sometimes depends on age. i was a dancer and the coach always pushed up into then it took about 3 weeks so about 9 practices for 2 hours. but if you constintly strech and ignore the pain it will come in a few months it makes a hude difference

  • i'm a dancer... i quit for a year for university.. i'm still flexible but i would love to be able to bring my leg up to my head... so some crazy leg exercises would be lovely!

  • great video, hamstrings and hips were covered in this video and I think some of this was in another of your videos, but other exercises would be appreciated. I'm interested in lower back and shoulder stretches as well, as they would be good for me, thanks, i'm trying to build a little daily routine of yoga and mobility work, and i think they are the main areas i need to work on.
