@MsMarciachi It helps stretch the muscles a bit more than if you held it for a short time. The longer you hold the pose, the more your muscles stretch and become more flexible over time ^_^

Ester, What i should do. When i expend my leg full, in the knee something crack and i can feel it. This problem is in the both legs. And also when i raise my knee up and start do circles with leg, my pelvis always cracking, and it's not just a noise, i can feel it, it's not a pain but it's very annoying. What is this. i like this yoga stuff its helped me alot with my advanced mma class or at least with jujitsu and i was wandering if u were familiar and if so if u knew more specific strechs for this

sometimes depends on age. i was a dancer and the coach always pushed up into then it took about 3 weeks so about 9 practices for 2 hours. but if you constintly strech and ignore the pain it will come in a few months it makes a hude difference
