  • Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got ripped 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • Quick question is it possible to get longer legs,by doing pilates. I' m 17 and i think my growth plates are no intact becuase i just grew about 1 cm in 3 monts. I really want to grow taller. My dad is still taller than me. He is 5'11 without shoes. I am 5'10 and a half with shoes. So i am almost 5'10 without shoes. Please i need to grow taller inorder to have more self confidence.

    Pilates helps you thin yourself out while still keeping (or in some cases building) lean muscles.

  • This i so great! Last year, I took a pilates class 4 days a week, but this year between work and school I just haven't made the time to do it. I am just now visibly starting to lose the definition and muscle I gained through Pilates last year. These videos are great! How often do you recommend doing your videos? Any recommended sequence of videos or anything?

    Not longer, no. But thinner legs will make you appear taller. :)

  • it's very important in pilates to point those toes so that you work all the muscles in your leg. if you do it like that, not only you lose your tense in the muscles, but it can also harm your paw

  • I first got interested in pilates through your videos, I'm looking to lose a fair bit of weight, and i do eat healthy, and even though i haven't lost much weight, i feel so much better in myself! I feel so much more alive and light! So i guess i just wanted to thank you for posting all your videos, they are really so helpful, even for beginners like i was :D

  • I don't think pilates will make your legs grow longer, I mean it will make your legs look slimmer, and slim legs look longer, but it wont really make your bones grow ;)

  • what if i already have kind of bulky muscles... would it help them become less bulky/leaner? (i just got it from sports like lacrosse and stuff)

  • muscles become defined by the type of activity and movement you do the most. football players and dancers have different body shapes. swimmers usually have large, defined shoulders and arms etc... pilates tends to shape your muscles a certain way too. so, yes, it would help. but it's important to get variety of movement too :)

  • you have to have muscle to have slim! muscle = slim. if you are asking if these will make you have big leg muscles, then no they wont! this workout will slim while toning. best of luck, xo, erin

  • i just did this work out and my ass burns, i now love pilates, wait i love and hate, the burn i hate but my ass will be so sweet after.

  • If i do strength training cardio and this will my muscle still get long thin muscle cuz im frightened to get bulky as even when i used to be a bit slimmer and run alot they still got a bit bulky

  • you shouldn't get too bulky unless you are power lifting or something like that :)

  • it builds thin muscles! you can strengthen muscles without increasing bulk. that's what pilates is all about! woo hoo!

  • it mainly works the upper thigh, but the secondary muscle it works is the inner thigh. so it does, but not as much as others!

  • hi hon! did you see the other leg and butt exercise videos on my page? check those out and keep doing the long and lean pilates legs. do 3 x a week minimum. also, for fat loss (if you need it) do some interval type training! good luck :) erin

  • well, it depends on what shape you are currently in. but if you do it 3-4x a week you should start to notice a difference in a few weeks. keep me posted!!!
