to import and create all the characters would take very long time and patience, also it would be hard to afford that much time in terms of salary for employees.

i am not sure about costumes, maybe its based on storyline that two worlds collide, the rating is t... maybe cuz its DC universe that is widely played by younger players. this whole idea is just beginning, if they continue to work with this they may come up with better things but right now its still progressing.
