@94hooves she very much sounds like she's from the South, but it's not a Dublin accent. (Ireland had many types of accents, as does N. Ireland, as does the USA!) It's much closer to a Dublin accent than a Northern accent though. Hope this helps!

I do not consider myself FROM France (culturally/politcally) nor do I consider myself a citizen of France; France may consider me a citizen of their country since I was born there, but personally, I don't I have no REAL reason to 'represent' the country. Technicalities and government 'ownerhsip' one could say I am from it, but it takes more than chance for one to be born in a certain to be "from" there. A person born and raised 'from' France vs me, an American - there's a big cultural gap.

wow cool!!! haha the Irish accent is one of the hardest to learn, in my opinion!! It's so unique and difficult to master! Obviously I don't find it hard as that IS my accent ! lol but for learners, it could prove difficulty! And it would be hard NOT to turn out obnoxious if you were brought up in the same environment as Miley Cyrus with all that constant attention her whole life, being treated older than your age by adults, pampered, and given free reign - you grow up with a distorted sense of self.
