hey i just did everything u told me to and when i downloaded the thing, i even went by him and it still didnt, in fact, it made my sound worst, it goes off and on, and idk why? anyways i was wonderin why it didnt work, i use a dell inspiron 1521 u think that might have something to do with it? PLEASE HELP

As said in the description (>>), I do not know if this works with any other brand/manufacturer models other than Sony VAIO ones.

Go to dell's website and download your original driver, it shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.
