It's a fooava config version 1.03 made by dawxxx666. you may chceck his profile on deviantart or just use google. and of course it's not ColumnsUI power :) It's made on PanelsUI.

check the foobar200 forum.. (search google for address)... there are tons of great looks... I just downloaded everything from the forum and then made standard adjustments... nothing advanced ; )
