@batfredd1 It's a map, not a server. Achievement_all_v4. In order to activate the cat you need to allow players to use "+use" with the console command "tf_allow_players_use 1" and then use "+use" on the activation spot (see MrL3vin's video, on the related list). I don't know if it is enough to look at the spot and then type "+use" in the console or if you HAVE to bind it to a key, you'll have to figure out that yourself.
