In that episode, Vilgax gets free ghostfreak from a prision in the sun. But then, Ghostfreak attacks Vilgax´s planet and Vilgax has no other choice than calling Ben. Ben decides to help Vilgax only if he promises to not try to kill them meanwhile they saved Vilgax´s homeworld.

Ben used Vilgax as a trap to make ghostfreak get inside Ben´s body and get his DNA code. Then, he transforms into ghostfreak, but Ghostfreak starts controlling Ben AND the Omnitrix. Wanna know what´s next? See the episode.
