Penny is to keep the junk out of the cyl's...found a guy on Epay sells a complete kit tool, sleeves,O-rings 370.00 and his tool you dont have to remove the rocker arms, getting them out is the easy part it's the cleaning and the installation for rear cyl's, I made a press /w 2 bolts & a flat piece of steel. that takes all the time then waiting 24 hrs for the loctite green sleeve snot to set up, I am not a mech it took me 9 hours.
