  • I really liked the movie....... until that last scene. I don't know but the satanic star in the sky resurrecting all those dead bodies was just too much for what is esentially a dark family movie. And all those satanic/archaic overtones are way too much for a Disney flick. Otherwise, I though it was fun and entertaining, and the shoes scene is one of my favorites

  • OMG its Hiccup 0:26!!!!! HAHAHA

  • he has the same power from Balthazar that in charmed

  • yeah it from the movie how t train your dragon

  • isnt that young apprentice's voice the same as "how to tame your dragon" (or something like that)? it is isnt it?

  • Monica Bellucci♥♥♥♥♥

  • "This is crazy!" "But it IS fun!" xD Can't wait to see it!! Only 2 more days to open in cinemas!!

  • Hi, nice trailer :) I think the "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" is very fantastic film!

  • These are old man shoes, excuse me? I love them alot

  • 01:33 : "That's my car"

yeah, that's his car bro! cage is broke now, why you ruined his car? lol

  • I thought it was mild to say the least. John Turtletaub directing and Bruckheimer/Cage was an obvious attempt to reconfigure what they did with Cage in the Indiana Jones rip-off (name escapes me at the moment). It was colorful, as I would expect from disney, but it could have been much better in my opinion

  • @Praetoriancombatant you mean National Treasure? I thought they were clever and funny movies unlike the more recent indy movie :O

  • Admit it, when you first read the title, you thought of the brooms and "Bum BUM Bababa bum babum babum babum babububu bum babum babum..." Especially because it's a Disney movie.

I loled when I saw what I thought I saw at 01:38 and went back to pause it. It IS based on the same story!

  • Yor gonna need a pair of nice pointy shoes but these are old man shoes excuse me I love them ... Alot

  • songoku feeling xDDD

  • Honestly, it's an underrated and an highly enjoying movie from beginning to end. My only criticism is the fact is the confusing and random cuts to the next scene. However it's got great chemistry with Jay and Nicholas, Teresa Palmer is pretty and surprisingly decent, Alfred Molina makes an extremely classy and cool antagonist, and the plot is surprisingly easy and not hard to follow. Excellent movie; i highly recommend it

  • lol. dave and balthazar have great relationship. unique master and apprentice

  • Once again, I'm a magic's slave.

  • Wonderful movie!

Thank you guys for nice fairy-tale!!!

  • this is awosome movie ever:-b

  • the best is from 0:00 to 2:28

  • I swear, the kid that plays older "Dave" .... has gotta be Jerry Seinfeld's son!!!

  • Slight warning--this is really just includes the "water" elements and some of the classic classical music 1897 tune by the [uncredited on film credits] great composer Paul Dukas, but is still very highly recommended.Looks like Bruckheimer and Cage sort of went out of their way to kind of "resurrect" Riley" from "National Treasure" [book]1 and 2.

  • YESTERDAY I SAW THE MOVIE, SO ITS A FREEMASON MOVIE

  • For anyone who likes Harry Potter should go see this movie ASAP. It's a great movie with a great plot.

  • this movie looks awesome :D :D

    &&&

LMFAOOOO, these are old man shoes. excuse me?

  • ha ha July 14 because "Inception" scared the shit out of them.

  • does anyone know the song/bgm that starts at 1:18? and where i can get it...

  • Someone explain this to me---why is the Walt Disney Company making a movie called "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" that is,instead of,as one would expect, an animated fantasy adventure featuring Mickey Mouse,a movie that is obviously the biggest Harry Potter wannabe since "whatever-the-hell-it-was-called Lightning Thief" from earlier this year?

Nicolas Cage keeps doing stuff like this, and he WILL end up playing Fu Manchu.

  • @ctdsnark

Because the Mickey Mouse short from Fantasia is based on an actual poem. Not many people know that. But obviously they do reference the Fantasia short from time to time (Ex. Dave wearing red and black from time to time which are Mickey's signature colors, the dancing mops.)

  • @DeadmanInc336

And that famous music is an actual piece [see last post by me] done around the time of the one that Stanley Kubrick immortalized in 1968 [ha! around the time of us cultists for Fantasia!] in "2001: A Space Oddesy"], Richard Struass's "Also Sprach Zarathustra".It was used in a "Sherlock Holmes" movie program in the seventies [the "Sorcerer" theme].

  • That girl looks like a blonde prettier version of Kristen stewart...

  • @xpf15

No way. She is much cuter than Kristen Stewart. Kristen Stewart looks like a nauseous rodent. XD

  • Balthazar, "Every Sorcerer needs, a nice pair of pointy shoes."

*Balthazar throws pair of black pointy shoes at Dave*

    *Dave catches the shoes*

Dave, "These are old man shoes."

*Dave looks down at Balthazar's feet and sees Balthazar has same shoes on as the ones he's holding*

    Balthazar (clearly offended), "Excuse me?"

Dave, "Uh I love them-" *nods four times* "-a lot." *nods once more*

    LOL! Favorite line!

  • @NumOneJoeJonasLuver

That part is soooo great~!! lol

  • great, they have depeche mode soundtrack.

  • I honestly don't know whether this will be worth watching. Nicolas Cage is usually pretty awesome in whatever he does, but the element of comedy involved makes it less desirable to watch.

  • beats watching hannah montana movie....

  • another hollywood bullshit lolz. they steal from everything.. they dont feel any shame or what? its like a puzzle from another movies, total basic flick, same stupid humor... effect on the other hand looking good :) imdb rating guess - 4/10

  • @mizzin You're sick

  • @Serdikhan I dont get what you mean. but my comment remains as it is ;)

  • @mizzin We'll see how much this movie will gross on its opening weekend

  • @Serdikhan haha like it matters.. I didnt know that the movies quality is measured by its gross on opening week :) every producers wish is to make milions no matter what they sell. this conglomerate is no other.

  • @mizzin People already knew Jonah Hex was not gonna be good, not by a long shot, and they were expecting a disappointing $8 Million opening, but the opening was more disappointing - $5,1 Million. Surely you can't think many people are not interested in seeing The Sorcerer's Apprentice, just cuz you're not.

  • @Serdikhan true is that I cant change other peoples decisions about seeing this. but nevermind.. I dont really care. just posted my opinion. thats all. BUT we will see if my imdb rating guess was right or not :) just for fun

  • @mizzin Prince of Persia got a 6.9/10. That's an above average score. Narnia: Prince Caspian also got a 6.9/10 and Alice in Wonderland got a 6.8/10. The Sorcerer's Apprentice will do just fine.

  • @Serdikhan Pirates of the Caribbean 3 has 7.0/10

  • lol Nicolas Cage looks homeless.

  • @ZapperBrain bahahahaha

  • @ZapperBrain wen doesnt he in a movie.

  • lol awesome :P

  • First!

  • @MAWK93

    Then go ahead, brotha!
