Absolutely! Thanks for your comments and appreciation. I don't have the space to type all the chord pattern but the chords that I use throughout the song on my clip are Gm, Cm, Bflat, F, Dm. I use D# for the bridge (maan kabhi kabhi saare jahan mein). Also instead of Cm and Dm, experiment with suspended chords of Cm and Dm, adds a cool pop transition to it. Hope this helps buddy!
