My father used to have one of those about that time. I remember he had a 78 rpm recording of the Beer Barrel Polka and when he was home I asked him to play it frequently. I do not believe it was wireless. It suddenly disappeared from the house. I now think my father sold or returned it.
The record player has a 2 tube transmitter that wirelessly transmits the signal from the phono cartridge to a nearby radio. An approximate 10 foot antenna wire needs to be set near the radio it's transmitting to. The receiving frequency can be set between 1100-1500 Khz via an adjusting screw.
