This is actually a scene from a German movie called "Die Einsteiger" (roughly "The Accessers"). it is a 1985 comedy about two techno-geeks (played by Thomas Gottschalk and Mike Krüger) who invent a special remote which enables them to zap into a running TV program or video film. They once get caught in Dance of the Vampires, and here in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
