@SleeTheSloth thanks the trains are not that long at the moment as that is about the total stock I own, but I have just gottena lot coming from Omaha so will make a new series soon.
The Gerber reefer interests me. Gerber is located in Fremont Mich about 33 miles N/NE of where I live in Muskegon. Used 2B a BIG C&O customer and also Michigan Shore RR. Then they went to plastic bottles & Containers. The tare weight was to low & so MSRR quit serving Gerbers. Now it goes by truck. They used to get 8 hoppers of coal for their power plant. Now it's nat gas, so there that goes. MSRR goes once a week to switch a co-op there. I rode the New Haven(next post)
@strobx1 I rode the NYNH &H from Grand Central Terminal to Boston's "South Station" to visit my brother who was in the army 20 engineers stationed at Ft Devins Mass. He lived in Leominster(Lemon ster) Mass. I remember the New Haven doing switching there.
