@TheClutchmaster16 lmao, im no expert on radiation but everything on fallout 3 that was enlarged or looked rotted was radiation, the Floaters, Super mutants, Centaurs were all from FEV, read the info in the game, and the goulification is real but u dont live longer, it happens if ur in range of extreme levels of radiation but escape, radiation just smudges the genes, its nothing beneficial.

yes!!!i would call all forms life a mutation..it is the cosmic radiation and the enviromental radiation we live in that made us the way we are..it is the ability of the life to adapt..becouse the radiation frm space is just unharmful it is strong enough to cause cells to grow and modified in various stractures and purposes we see 2day...life is actualy virus..and we are hosts.
