Wow, that's a long coaster.

It probably seems long only b/c it's slow. I think the Cyclone has a similiar # of turns, but it's far faster, so it feels shorter.

What a fun ride that was even Del and Rodney from only fools and horses loved it, but it is no more now de to the fire, could be re-built but i doubt it would ever be the same again. Heres to an end of an era!!!!

poor scenic railway :( was one of the few things margate had going for it now lol (and thats coming from someone who lives here!) my funniest memory of ths ride though was when it once got stuck on an uphill coz it was going too slow, we sat there for ages and the guy hd to get out and push it!! haha!

A great trip down memory lane..... shame about the staate of it

Close the road along the front. Pedestrianise everything from the clock tower to the Arlington arcade.

Run the road along the back of Dreamland through and round the site, revitalising not only Arlington house and surrounds where the road would join up with the main road by the station but also the giant unused space at the back.

Get rid of the old rusty railway (sorry). Grass and flowerbeds everywhere. (Cheap).
