"Spend It All' is a fine film. I saw it about 30 years ago and still remember it fairly well. It can be ordered online from Flower Films, located in the East Bay area of Northern California.

Unfortunately I don't think the language is spoken as much now as it used to be. I think the language is kind of dying but the music lives on luckily.
