Why promise the hard working marshalling team a £540 bonus and then only pay them £200!!!
Why take away the bonus of your drivers because of goods that arrive to us damaged?

We were just out greenlaning - found them and the recovery team both stuck. The ocado driver had just followed his sat nav down the lane.
Went back the next day and the ocado van was still stuck & the recovery team still having problems pulling them out.
They had blown their winch & shortly after their engine turbo.
The recovery company did not even have the correct equipment and we even had to use our own shackles & ropes to assist with the recovery.
