  • Sounds fun. Swimming like in this video, takes time to get use to.

One way is start is the way your brother did it.

I swam last weekend in 40 F cold water..it was difficult to calm down, so breathing was too fast in the first two times in the water.

  • My brothers said that when he was on the CREW team at Madison, at the end of work outs, they would take ice cold baths in water that was like fifty degrees, then they would dump a bag of ice in with them to help cool them down. They would only be in there though for like one minute and then they would get out.

  • We do not have thermal springs anywhere in Finland.

When water is moving, it takes a lot longer to freeze.

This water is is so cold, that it needs daily cutting.

  • that is obviously a geothermal spot! nice warm water!

  • Nice video! Greetings from Belgium!

  • Being tall such as 6ft is an advantage in swimming ?

  • They're icy cold? Then why are there bubbles coming out?

  • @MichaelJacksonFan000 a pump is used so the water keeps moving so it doesn't freeze

  • Wow, this is really cool. I envy these people.
