have u done this program if so i have been benchin off and on for abotu a year i got up to 225 lbs and ive been lossing strangth bit by bit now i do dumbell pres on flat and incline and barbell press on incline and i dont no waht to do now and i am only 18 years old and im 178lbs 6'2
