because i have 2 problems, 1 is that rendering takes like 5x so much as normal and second that the twixtor does not extend the clip so that what after the clip comes needs to be really long otherwise i dont have enough room to slowmo..

Okay, as for the settings it's simple, you don't want a still frame you want some motion, so what you wanna do is, ramp a little, so before you keyframe your slow mo go down in amounts like 60,40,20,10. till whatever,i recommend 15 for this type of slow mo.

also, change motion sensetivity to 20.
