Kenny Wilson is a badass. I watched him run in high school and he is good. If he wouldn't have broke his leg and wasn't a complete tard he would be one of e best backs in the nation easy.
Runs like that don't happen against textbook tackling, obviously. But poor tackling or no, a merely average or even "good" back does not make that kind of run.
Granted, the guy has some talent, but it really was pretty poor tackling. He busted some arm tackles and by the time he did get "wrapped up" the defender was off-balanced and standing nearly straight up. Talent - yes. Poor tackling - yes.

During scrimmages, defensive players cant now go for the legs in a tackle. They have to tackle high. They do this to reduce injuries to the IB, WR, or TE.
It must be just a scrimmage: A guy in shorts in a red uniform congratulates him; there are guys in yellow uniforms, red uniforms, coaches on the field, it couldn't have been a real game.
