@SpiralPegasus Megaman is dead as a series, and apparently after Gary "Ice man" Martin died Gauntlet and Rebel 4000 (the former Ring man and current Magna centipiede) got into a major feud which splintered the community after Business of war which Rich "Kenta Kassidy" barely finished out of respect for Gary. But the maniacs have had only sporadic updates and CIA has been quiet for almost a year. Sadly i'm pretty sure the team scene is dead period.

I update when I can.  Some of that relates to the team scene dwindling and some of that relates to real life catching up with me and eating away at my time. The team scene as a whole is pretty much over, but I still do my thing. And, while only on the forums, the soccer revival project has kept me quite active in Mechsville for the last few months.

Sorta. I revived Ice's old MM Soccer Conversion Project. I made a couple of posts about it on the site, but the real activity has been on the forums. Which is ironic since the forums have been slow. And no, three people didn't leave, it's just that not everyone can make the meets. Lennon lives in New Zeeland and can never come, for instance.

@SpiralPegasus I'm not part of the community but ive been a fan and follower of Gary and his associates works for many years now.In fact the mechanical maniacs was one of my first favorited websites when i barely started out on the internet. Just so you know, because someone asked me that once due to my enciclopedic knowledge of the community.

As for "Megaman is dead as a series" you mean officially? If so, Capcom has denied that, despite cancelling Legends 3 and MM Universe.

@SpiralPegasus They said the same thing with Viewtiful Joe. And unless three million megaman fans learn Japanese caligraphy and Capcom of Japan's e-mail adresess. Legends will not be coming back, EVER. After all thats why operation rainfall failed Reggie had no power and the Japanese overlord didn't give a damn.

Then yes, pretty much. I'd love to live to see it happen, though. I waited ten years to have a third game, I don't see why I can't wait 11, or 12.

Let me tell you something: even if they wrote to Capcom japan (jap fans did), they'd use their letters as toilet paper. They don't care

It's not really my project, so there's no section dedicated to it on the Mechs. Just the work I did for it. Brahman has some things goin' on; I dunno what really happened to the project myself.

It's a rather nice tribute to the Classic MM series' most under-appreciated robot masters (next to those from "Challengers From the Future", that is).

The bits where CRORQ's fortress' screen is used as a TV, are clever, I must say.

I also love those official-looking robot master drawings near the end.

I love the animation here - it's very well-done my friend! In a way, it shows you the possibilities this game had, and how it's designer (or in your words, the one guy who worked on the game!) dropped the ball!

As a random aside, I think you could make an awesome short animated film about this game, and PC1 (kind of like a short cartoon or something).

Actually Gauntlet is helping to make a MMPC remake called the CRORQ Chronicles.

Indeed - we've been working on that project since June 2008 or so, and he's done some excellent work with the game's boss (and some enemy) graphics. Plus, he's been drawing up stage designs for the fortress and has some great story ideas.

Yes, he drew those up as well as 8-bit bosses (Express Man, Lava Man, Multi Man, and Barrage Man), he's been drawing up some level layouts for the fortress, and he's also been recommending some great story ideas.
