I thought that the glitch caused all weather conditions to activate. However, it seems that in this video, it caused two sandstorms and one rainstorm.

thats because there is a hierarchy of effects, and depending on the field effect currently out it uses it and all the ones below it. They are:

1.Trick Room

2.Gravity

3.Uproar

4.Fog (hurts after animation)

5.Hail (hurts after animation)

6.Sunshine (hurts after animation)

7.Sandstorm (hurts after animation)

8.Rain (Hurts after animation. Glitch cannot be activated using this weather)

Acid rain is best possible when you have a pokemon that causes infinite weather, and pursuit kill it when it switches out to cause all weather affects.

Probably because the original version is Japanese.

It's because the game was released to Japan first, and therefore hasn't had all the glitches exposed by players yet.

By the time they release it elsewhere, the Japanese kids usually have found all the glitches and Nintendo fixes most, if not all (but usually most) of the glitches.

Secondly, Trick Room couts as weather, and its got highest priority. It will cause all other weathers. Rain is lowest, and it cannot cause this glitch.

The glitch can also bring all 4 weather affects.

Not just two. Castform can keep changing from its rain and sun form and this keeps repeating locking the battle. Castform does not have a rock form so this didn't happen with just Sandstorm and Rain in play.

OMG, it was so awesome once. Instead of saying I was damaged by Sandstorm, the Pokemon were damaged by their abilities! "Cresselia was damaged by Levitate! Lapras was damaged by Water Absorb!" IT WAS AWESOME (did it with Hail)

doesnt Acid Rain normally damage both, do damage AND healing to Dry Skin, and make solarbeam and thunder better because of all the effects together? or is this variant just because it was instigated with sandstorm and not one of the others? just curious btw

i used pursuit while hail was going and ALL the weather stuff started happening and our pokes were damaged by our abilities

@Roncio789 Same thing happened to me in game, i was in lost tower with my ralts training it to be a gallade, so i switched it out (for experience) and got killed by pursuit (i think it was from murkrow) ALL the weather started happening at once and it kept saying my pokemon were hurt by their abilities (Grotle was damaged by its ability Overgrow) Ive got to say that was one of the most WTF moments ive ever had in a pokemon game, apart from my lvl 255 lugia =P but thats another story.

And, Ninjask is way faster than an Ambipom.

@silentsniper5789 Hmm, interesting thing to claim, but it sounds like you haven't done your research. An Ambipom with the the best possible combination of nature, IVs, and EVs can only hit a maximum of 361, but there are 24 Pokémon with a higher base speed stat (so a higher max speed); the fastest is Speed Forme Deoxys at max 504, then Ninjask at max 460. I'm sure there are people who spend the time it takes to get perfect stats, I just wish I had the patience to do it. Nice moveset though.

honestly ben10masta WHO GIVES A DAMN whether your n00by uber techniques could beat this guy? hes demonstrating acid rain not floting his team around. any pokemon with a half decent movepool can best an uber. my ludicolo has beaten at least one of every uber besides mewtwo arceus and celebi, who ive never fought.

celebi is an uber it has equal base stat totals to mew and shaymin :P

yeah the rain strategy is awesomeness if ye have rain AND toxic AND leech seed AND leftovers it does pretty much the same damage to everything, and can down anything in 4-6 turns if they dont heal. especially when surf has a STAB and Sp.Atk and Rain :D

Celebi is not classified as an uber by Smogon. Mew is the only one of the legends with 100 in all stats classified as uber, mostly due to his ability to learn all TMs/HMs. Celebi and Jirachi are OU, and Shaymin was UU (now in limbo).
