  • I subbed to MyGlam in DECEMBER and I never got a bag. EVER! I finally gave up and unsubscribed in FEBRUARY. I was patient and waited three months for nothing. I even changed my credit card because MyGlam's website is UNSECURED, making it extremely easy for credit card & identity theft.

  • i havent had any problems with my glam . i live in texas so it takes awhile to get here ,

  • I subed in the beginning of December. They suspended my account for January so I wouldn't get billed twice January.I did email them about the account saying it was suspended. they explained it to me. Then it was active. I got the January bag. This month they didn't charge. I didn't get the email they sent. I emailed them they said I deactivated my account. I know what it says when accounts are deactivated. My account didn't say that. THEY LIE then they billed me yesterday. WTF are they doing???

  • Wow, I wish I read all of the bad reviews BEFORE I subscribed! I subscribed on Jan 27th for februarys bag...I hope I even get it!! Plus my account was charged and I NEVER got an email with an order number or confirmation of my subscription. Hmmm...very skeptical now!

  • @MsSweet203 They charge ur credit card quick but when it comes to receiving ur items it takes forever.

  • I didn't get a bag in January, had multiple tracking numbers too and I am still waiting for a refund... Did you receive a refund? Once they didn't ship it to you? I'm worried now....

  • @ximenasaldana They are not going to get another dime from me, so I cancelled my subscription, and am "waiting" For a refund...pfshh... Hey if you haven't already, I suggest you cancel your subscription with them and go with a reputable company..thats what I did :) Good luck

  • i ordered 2 Decembers and January's on the 15th well were is it and when i try to post an email to them they never post it just say look at these other articles bull i just want my 2 bags they scammed a 14 year old girl out of 20 dollars and guess what they also deleted their facebook! I'm pissed my mom is so mad and my dad said tomorrow if i don't get it then beware my glam my dad and my are mom going to yell and make you annoyed.

  • @AlysonPogue2 Unsubscribe. Report them to the BBB. If you don't know how, google "scam" and "myglam" because lots of people have been reporting by now. The poster of this video should unsubscribe as well.

  • I never received my glam bag and they claim that I might have a chance in getting it here. I am very disappointed especially cause I was one of the first subscribers. I am getting a refund but when I was going to suspend my account I saw that they had already suspended it. I am very upset with them and I will no longer subscribe to her.

  • I have yet to receive my bag either. I was billed December 2, 2011 for a January bag. I waited patiently all of December and looked up videos to see what you ladies received. Since those bags went out, I was excited to see what I would receive. Nearly 2 months later, I haven't received anything but some darn false emails. Conveniently, they have no way to alter information if your credit card info changes, so they aren't able to issue you a refund. It's an effing scam!

  • @Kinksgalore I'm sorry to hear that you never got your bag. I think that the company has grown way to large; from the twitter pics, I feel like that theres about 10 people in an office that's handling over 10,000 orders, which is ridiculous. But, look on the bright side, they did give you a refund for January's bag. I think they may have tried to send out a bag but it got lost or the error wasn't fixed and so they had to wait several days longer to confirm before giving you the refund.

  • @ValentineLissar I think that if they were trying to scam people, they probably wouldn't have bothered to refund you. I think that the reason why everyone complains about the horrible customer service in that it takes a week for them to get an email reply is because MyGlam is severely understaffed. I sent them an email last Friday and didn't hear back from them until today.

  • @ValentineLissar lol some people havent even had refunds, and also theyre paypal account is frozen, thats a little fishy to me!

  • I posted a video on myglam also, you are very brave for wanting to stay subscribed to them but that is your choice . I myself canceled my subscription and reported them to the Better Business Bureau and so have a lot of others as of now. I myself would not want to deal with a company that has that many problems. If you or anyone decides to report them go to bbb org. They actually need to be stopped before others get involved with them and taking for a ride.

  • I got my bag on Jan 25th and there was NO Wen and I had TWO concealers! I contacted them and they said they'd either give me a Wen conditioner if they had some left over or a refund. =\

  • I have to tell you... Michelle Phan is not a trustworthy woman. Especially in business. She's already had a failed business that had a lot of controversy around it. Ever heard of iQQU? She was the founder and CEO. Once people started discovering how horrible the company was and began reporting it, she deleted it from her Facebook careers and claimed she sold it, even though it was still under her name.

    People are now beginning to report MyGlam for scamming people. I suggest you do as well.

  • that happened to my last month (december) had an email that new subscriptions were avail..but i didnt get my bag till the 13 or something of january..the way it works sucks..soon as they take ur money out they should send it to u....point blank

  • @liligrl90 I just don't like people playing w/ my money I don't care what brands are in the bag just don't screw me over.

  • @Kinksgalore I agree that there's a problem with their billing system. They should only allow new subscriptions at the 1st of the month so that when people purchase the bag, they get billed only once. Under the current system, they get billed when they first sign up and again (due to the automatic billing) at the first of the month. I don't think they could send out bags immediately after they charge. That would mean they would be constantly sending out bags all month long. Even more chaos

  • @Kinksgalore I really hope so. I was stalking that sight after I saw ur vid last time because i really like the idea too. If things get better for next month, I'll reconsider it. I hope you get your bag... even if it's late.

  • ...wow...and i JUST got an email today saying they had open subscriptions. im most definitely not subscribing to that crap now.
