Martin Luther didn’t like 7 books of the Old Testament that disagreed with his personal view of theology, so he threw them out of his bible in the 16th Century. His reasoning was that the Jewish Council of Jamnia in 90 AD didn’t think they were canonical, so he didn’t either. The Jewish Council of Jamnia was a meeting of the remaining Jews from Palestine who survived the Roman persecution of Jerusalem in 70 AD.

And they will even claim that their personal view is the only correct view, at the same time they claim that no Pope can ever be infallible, because he's just a man. Some Protestants see things as "either/or - You must love Jesus, but not Mary or the saints. "Faith alone" and "Scripture alone" are how they view salvation. Catholics certainly believe in loving Jesus, faith and scripture, but also include the necessities of the Church, Sacred Tradition, the Magesterium, the communion of saints, the sacraments, love, hope, charity, etc.

@johnthreesixteen316 I'd like to see where Yeshua says it's impossible for us to live by the 10 Commandments. On the contrary, He said, "So be ye perfect; as your Father in Heaven is perfect." One follower asked Him what must he do to be saved. Yeshua responded, "Follow The Commandments" whereupon He named a few of The 10 Commandments. Through Scripture we arm ourselves with the supernatural armor of God's Light & Love. Yes, that is why it's called "the Living Word.

@kiwichristian2009 Some Protestants believe that the Bible is self explanatory, a doctrine that is not found in the Bible. Catholic believe that the Church, the creator and originator of the Bible through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, has the authority to properly interpret scripture.
One very important passage in the Bible that specifically spells out the necessity of works as a result of the grace that God gives us all and the resultant faith in Jesus Christ is Matthew 25:31-46

In 1981, I was 6 yrs old. One night when I was having a high fever I had a vision that I was in Rome at a ampitheatre in front row. Behind me was the media (including Earnie and Bert) and the whole world, who were there watching. Then A Jesus that was made of Ice was standing and he lifted up his right arm, let out a cry and melted into the cracks, and everyone, except me clapped! I believe this means the quenching of Jesus by the Roman church in the last days.

Which of the THOUSANDS of self proclaimed true churches is the actual one so that I may go and be "Born again" into God? And get over the "building is not the church" thing... NO ONE WORSHIPS THE BUILDING! And Christianity IS an organization. It's a bunch of people who are all ORGANIZED and follow what God wants and believes the same thing.

I don't know if I actually understand what you're saying... Or how it fits into what I'm saying... But the Roman Catholic church is the first and only church established by Jesus through Peter. I'm not saying all the Protestants don't have Jesus, because they do. They have him, because they look for him. They're still not doing everything God wants them to, they are seeking ALOT of things that there is already an answer to in the Catholic church and changing the bible etc, but they are loved
