Hi there - I've wondered what this music was for years! Have listened to some of the Carnival tracks online but can't seem to find one I recognise. Do you know which track in particular it is based on?

Whatever the music here is called, Alan Freeman used to use it on his shows (sometimes as backing for his rundowns when he sat in for David Jensen on the Network Chart).
what happened to the programme? About 2 mins of intro and 2 secs of the show. Seems pointless to me.
