This "effect" this you are showing us has nothing to do with HAARP. This happens because of the night/day change. Almost all of the electromagnetic spectrum including light frequencies and beyond are effected. A combination of temperature changes cause the air to get cooler and denser which causes it to reflect more of the radar waves back to the receiver and the shielding of the RF, and light frequencies from the sun by the earth also means the less energy is required to reflect the waves back.
AM radio is effected which is why they have to power down to a lower wattage at night. Sound is effected the same way. A sound generated at night travels farther due to the temperature/density and the less active EM spectrum. While I do think there is something to HAARP, this has nothing to do with it.
Those "rays" you saw shooting across the sky coincide with the scan of the visible satellite loop from GOES. They are certainly not anything suspicious or anything to get excited about. They happen every day, and every time they move through, the "sunrise line" (On Earth, the line that separates day and night) follows it perfectly.

I don't know if anyone pointed it out Dutch, but the beams looked like chemtrails to me. If so that was a coordinated effort by the airplanes and ground stations. If you look at the beams they move east to west and also float somewhat south as the storm forms around them. Ground based beams don't move.
Got a good one today as a storm blew up in the beam that goes from Weldon Spring toward Macon. The storm went from nothing to severe in under 15 minutes, then RODE the beam 70 miles to Weldon, and made a 90-degree turn up along the other beam NE into IL and then rode it!! NEXRAD is responsible. Glad you're doing BEAMS now!!!

Wed 25th May chem-trails over the entire skyline over Beaconsfield, Bucks, England. Not far from Heathrow. Extremely high altitude so the planes looked like little dots trailing long chem-trails. This continued well into the night. Next day cloud cover like nothing I've ever seen before! It looked like night but it was the day! Torrential downpours, thunder and lightning. I think they may have been spraying something to disperse possible ash clouds from the volcano--just a guess!

So, just after that radial "energy or radiation blast", were those streaks going West-North-West several jets seeding the clouds? They seemed to be flying in formation. That would help explain the rapidity of the storm buildup.
It's like, shock-wave the local atmosphere to make it more receptive, then cloud-seed (or something) and then just watch and wait for the atmospheric "fireworks" proceed.

We're here in Denver, Co now and it's unusually humid for this time of year. We're up in the 70% range, not right for this time of year or any time during the year to say the least.
Minnesota had a beautiful clear sky all day Thursday until about 5pm when the chemtrail spraying started in the western sky. Pretty soon, hazy wispy clouds and today overcast and cold. They are making storms, playing God. I wouldn't want to be them on that day they stand before the real God and account for these things.

You need to also consider the real-time direction of the Jet Stream. The Jet Stream is a major factor in our weather.
Likewise, Pacific Ocean temperatures create El Nino and La Nina weather patterns in the US.

Wed 25th May chem-trails over the entire skyline over Beaconsfield, Bucks, England. Not far from Heathrow. Extremely high altitude so the planes looked like little dots trailing long chem-trails. This continued well into the night. Next day cloud cover like nothing I've ever seen before! It looked like night but it was the day! Torrential downpours, thunder and lightning. I think they may have been spraying something to disperse possible ash clouds from the volcano--just a guess!

So, just after that radial "energy or radiation blast", were those streaks going West-North-West several jets seeding the clouds? They seemed to be flying in formation. That would help explain the rapidity of the storm buildup.
It's like, shock-wave the local atmosphere to make it more receptive, then cloud-seed (or something) and then just watch and wait for the atmospheric "fireworks" proceed.
Also interesting that this is happening at 02:21 at night.... middle of the night, no one sees.
