  • If it sounds to good to be true, well you should know the rest of the saying.

  • Buying and selling that house? Believe what you want about Russ Whitney and Robert Kiyosaki, but that doesn't sound like anything those 'gurus' preach. Houses like that are used for several lease options.

  • LOL wow...to pay for real estate investing is fine...but dropping 30k on a class that gives no degree......i would have charged her 50k if i knew she was that dumb

  • If ever in doubt... google the business name + scam.... Doesn't anybody do a little research before plunking down a boatload of money????

  • If you believe you were deceived by Russ Whitney, Robert Kiosaki, or Tigrent learning, contact me ASAP. Please leave me a personal message. I believe they can sell ice to the eskimos. They are slick talkers. If they made so much money in real estate, why are they wasting their time selling their worthless programs? Thanks

  • Stupid is as stupid does

  • You should wait at least 24hours before making a large purchase. Never buy under pressure or out of emotion.

  • What you need to know about these realestate investing seminars is that all they do is upsell and upsell. Imagine if she put the 30k towards the house. They are selling the dream but are not always upfront about the challenges in realestate. There are so many groups on-line that you can really learn from for free.

  • ...I like the movie Wall Street, where Gecko says "a fool and their money are soon parted, and its amazing they ever got together in the first place"....

  • Nobody wants to take personal responsibility nowadays....if the deal turned out to be profitable, and she made $50,000...would Russ be able to sue her for "his fair share?" of course not

Investing has risks, she took one, she lost some money....happens.

  • no because she already paid Russ about 5,000 up front to get the info so Russ makes out all the way around the block.

I have his course yes its a good one, and yes it does work I made 40,000.00 on my first deal, but location has a lot ot do with your success rate and Russ is not going to teach you that part.

  • @RikaKazak

    Well said.

Plus, many people succeed beyong their wildest dreams because of the information they learned from the Russ Whitney training and mentoring programs.

  • God Americans are stupid.

  • Let's see? A stupid women, a fat lawyer and some guy hosting a fake show. How the hell did that moron get the 29k anyway?

  • CREDIT CARDS.

  • a fool and their money......

  • I don't know much about Russ Whitney, but this woman needs to TAKE RESPONSIBLITY for implementing the ideas. She would have been wiser to read some good books and CDs available on eBay, and use $30,000 for a nice down payment on a property she didn't have to build, then rent out the property for positive cash flow. I don't feel sorry for her.

  • for every success there are at least 10 failures even if they were holding her hand every step of the way. ive made money with the same information. she just learned the hard way. a real business man/woman would dust themselves off and try again not sue thier mentors. there it is.

  • LOL LOL LOL she spent 30,000 to take his classes what a dummyyy hahaha

  • She is stupid. Russ Whitney thing works. It is her mistake. She needed more education.

  • She should have been suspicious the moment they wanted $30k for information you can get for free.

America is the land of the scam, and taking advantage of the naive is a business in of itself.

  • 4. $15,000 and 2 months later she is wishing she had listened to me. now too my point this stuff works cuz i have done it. whitney has been around a long time, but wether he has the goods or not I dont know. People want to get ahead and they have a right to try without getting scammed. For $30000 I know the would personally come out and check the deal out to make sure she was doing it right. So, they got her into it they should have the balls to step up and make good. no one deserves to be had

  • 3. In the training seminar (internet biz) the instructor pissed me off by going too fast and fortunatley for me i was still in my 3day right of recinding and recind i did. whew squeaked out of that one. However, I met a cool lady at that seminar we made friend, and later she ask me if i want to be in on some mentoring associated with the National Grants conference. Even tho i was getting a free ride i unsuccessfully tried to talk her out of it.

  • 2. finally 5year ago deals started coming together I had finally figured a few things out. Then along comes J.G Banks probate course and since i had done a few probate deals I knew they could be done. thot here is way i can do it systematically. 4 thousand 5 hundred bucks and 2 hard long months later I figured out I knew more by accident about probate than banks did on purpose. it was totally wrong for the state of AZ. Now just recently I fell for a internet biz (cont)

  • 1.I have been around the real estate seminar world for over 25 years. I took Robert Allens NOTHING DOWN course 25 years ago. I can tell u that it works only cuz I ran into someone at another seminar about 25 years later and she had 25 properties bot using his course. but it was not for me. then i took TOM VU's forclosure course & found that after much work really only points u in the right direction. I had to learn it on my own. back then $500 was a lot of money. (cont)

  • I think this lady fell into the wrong hands. I've heard good testimonials about Whitney but every basket of Oranges has a set of rotten ones. There are many doing deals and mentor as well NOT just teaching alone, who wouldnt charge $30,000. Some charge $12,000 some Charge $5,000 and I know someone who will dictate every thing you should do EVERY STEP of the way and he charges $1800. I feel sorry for this lady I just hope she heals quickly and recovers from this Blow.

  • Russ' books are the best..if not 4 him,,i would be broke..he got me jump started..i live near his "slaughterhouse" and get influenced everytime i drive by.

  • Russ Whitney has information very helpful to new investors. I am benefiting greatly.

These students need to take responsibility for their decisions. NO deal is a "sure thing". Its a risk and therein lies the challenge. Otherwise Everyone would be rich RE investors.

  • her fault, i been to russ whitney and its changed my life!!!

  • She obviously needed more education. She made a bad mistake. Russ Whitney is a good teacher.

  • Thanks for posting this video it shows the reality of the situation.

  • Perhaps maybe she needed a little more education. Sounds like she may have made some bad choices.

  • Oh, she should feel victimized. She got pimped. Hey, that's the American way!!!

  • Got what she deserved, stupid!!!
