If the area in question was reserved for a party then why is everyone pissing their pants about this? The man with the camera is obviously in the wrong. First of all it's not even his god damn building, HE WAS A GUEST OF A RESIDENT.
I thought this would be way more interesting given all the media hype. I'm really getting sick of this "tracker" stuff. I know it sometimes catches a candidate in an embarrassing moment, but normally it just produces videos of trackers/stalkers being kicked out of events while they make a scene and fight with security. Spin that however you want, but the truth is that it doesn't say anything about the candidate him/herself. So what's the point?
@ApologiaTV I just looked at Kosmas' campaign contribution history back to '06 to check what you said; he was a Giuliani supporter in 08, $1000. Looks like he was also a big supporter of Michael Steele and Duncan Hunter more recently. Seems like almost exclusively Republican candidates to me, I think he is "one of your own."
@sheepburn Hunter is cool, but Steele/Giuliani are RINOS, and Giannoulias is one of the strongest pro-choice, anti-marriage candidates we've ever seen. The real story is the Giannoulias response to this altercation, calling it "silly", when someone may have been physically assaulted and battered. Look up "elements of civil assault and battery" - I'm a lawyer. Those are probably met here, and there is no trespassing defense in the case of a short-term rental like this. It was a shared area!!
@ApologiaTV So how is someone anti-marriage if they are in favor of extending the same legal and civil rights to all Americans, regardless of sexual orientation? Seems pretty pro-marriage to me. Also, I think it's a little bit weird how you can refer to Steele as RINO. I mean, he is the chairman of the party. You can't really get any more Republican than that; I think your standards are too high.
Thug behavior in a public area. This year the Land of Lincoln is giving its senate seat to the Party of Lincoln baby! Honest Abe payback time in 2010.
This is great, it has nothing to do about politics. It's about an idiot that thinks because he's got a camera he's got a right to stick his nose where it doesn't belong. Quite frankly I was waiting for his butt to have that camera yanked out of his hand.
That's crazy. This took place at Madrigal Lofts in Washington, DC. The property can't be 'paid' for. You can put down a deposit to reserve "part" of the roof top. Never can 100% of the roof be reserved and it is open to all residents, even if a section is reserved. Obviously Mr. Giannoulias's staff needs some training on how to handle situations like this.
You have to face a Holy God on Judgment Day(Hebrews 9:27). He counts lust as adultery(Matthew 5:28) and hatred as murder(1 John 3:15). All liars will have their part in the Lake of Fire(Revelation 21:8). No thief will inherit the kingdom of God(1 Corinthians 6:9-11). Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved(John 14:6). YOU MUST REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND SUBMIT TO THE LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST TO BE SAVED! THERE'S NO OTHER WAY! There's no second chance after death, so repent NOW! Proverbs 29:1
Our freedoms of the press & freedom of speech are slip sliding away @ a alarming rate. If we don't start standing-up for our rights we will soon have none. Big Government & big business view the masses, like they view cattle, we are their beast of burden, here to do they're bidding.
Only media that show them in a favorable light are allowed, unless you have donated large sums of money to their political agenda. Political Fundraising is something that should be screwtinized & watched very closely. Money & government don't mix, When they do corruption exist.
Guess who started this precedent? And now you don't like that conservative Democrats (not liberals) are doing it, too. You wanted an "ownership society", you wanted "free speech" zones. Well, how do you like it now?
Guess what's next? Let me give you a hint - you think suspected terrorists should have no Miranda rights, no court hearings, and should be tortured. Some of you righties are looking awfully terrorist to me.
@TheGiantRobot No, it was regarded as deserved when the supreme court smacked bush down on that. Why did he do it? Would he listen to me? No! But dems KEEP FINDING NEW WAYS to erode freedoms in this country! They never stop! Guess what's next? YOU learn to keep quiet and not draw the attention of the democrat controlled state. You get beat down at a town hall meeting. A mob on your porch with bullhorns. An audit (clinton's fave). Etc.
@TheGiantRobot dem allies SEIU beat down of ken gladney, organizing mobs picketing private homes, napalitano listing political opponents on terror watch list, FCC trying to control net (wonder how that will end in a few years), obama administration not prosecuting black panther voter intimidation at polls (caught on video), how about that silence when dems extended bush's awful patriot act? Just to elaborate on what I already gave you. You can keep pretending and be silent if it makes you happy.
Yes, Dems are extending Bush policy. That's not erosion, that's continuation of right wing policy. Political opponents on watch lists? You mean like the reporters whose phones were being wire tapped under Bush? And what about that silence in extending the Bush wiretaps? How come the Republicans said not a word?
And the FCC are pushing for net neutrality because the public demand it - that means freedom from corporate restriction, the same as phone lines have. You're on the wrong side.
@TheGiantRobot they had a chance to stop the patriot act after all the Wahh and grief and then they agreed with it! Don't pass the buck! As for net neutrality, will congress pass laws to regulate it or will unelected bureaucrats run it? Again, how is that going to evolve, or devolve, in a few years? And you may have "demand" for net neutrality being manufactured by leftist groups like Free press who want a chance to mold the media to their liking. No, I'm NOT on the wrong side.
So you want unelected AT&T deciding the rules for the internet, rather than regulators from our elected government. Yes, that's the wrong side, unless you work for AT&T.
And who's passing the buck? The Democrats are maintaining the status quo set up by the Republicans, as I said all along. You guys were silent when the Republicans were setting this all up and are now boo hooing about it when it comes back at you. This is conservative 2 dimensional thinking.
@TheGiantRobot Not with at&t . I have no faith in bureaucrats keeping the first amendment safe, especially with cass sunstien proposing mandates on speech, thinking how other projects we've entrusted to them have ended up. Like social security, medicare, or our budget crisis? So, no I'm NOT on the wrong side. Don't pretend the only alternative is for the government to control this and hope for the best. Dems had a chance to end PA, but you're all okay with it. Again, you pass the buck. That's 2D
I'm okay with the Patriot Act? Are you that retarded? No, you're just lying because you think it wins you something, typical right wing play. How do you even complain about anything when you don't want solutions, you just want to stroke your ego?
The rest of us have to live in the real world while you right wingers practice your self deceit. For instance: The alternative to government regulation isn't corporate control? Quite a statement - you care to tell me what it is, then?
@TheGiantRobot Bush did it, we can too. That's your argument. Now you make up lies. I don't want dem thugs running my life. How's that solution? Not congressman etheridge ("who are you?!"). Not SEIU ("we know where you live! persuasion of power!"). Not obama's army of czars, who get stopped by courts but keep trying, not dems who didn't regulate freddie mac, SS, wall street, while taking corporate money, lost $!00s of billions for decades, stopped bush from reforming them several times.
Read my post again. I said you were OK with it before, now it's coming back to bite you in the ass and you cry about it and blame liberals. Liberals have never been OK with it, this is all you. Karma's a bitch.
Dems stopped Bush from reform? Oh, you're a riot.
@TheGiantRobot Stop making excuses for the thugs who are increasing the beatdowns, working for less transparency in government and media. bush paid for it in the courts and elections, I said as much, read my posts, you don't think you won't in november when you do the same thing. Yeah, that's karma. and yes, barney frank, meeks, other democrats took money, stopped bush regulators who warned of inflated earnings and public exposure to a meltdown in the fannie freddie fiasco.
@TheGiantRobot Again, when the democrats extended the patriot act, it was silence. dems had a chance not to extend it, it was so bad under bush, but the dems passed it, stop pretending and blaming others. Stop pretending its karma, it's corruption. democrat corruption. And stop pretending the actions in the video above aren't increasing under democrats, who are expanding control of the media in additional ways plus delaying or turning aside prosecutions of their violent political allies.
All your complaints about the Dems are the same: they continued Republican policies, just as I said.

@TheGiantRobot well i'm sorry if it somehow seemed trollish, but seeing these videos of dems like above I'm not the one that's ignorant or violent.
