@biped19 - remember, this was 2008 before the liberal camera policies that allow us to see all the high quality vids nowadays. this was made with a cell phone that in some cases (not this one) actually made decent videos (it was the samsung 3.1 megapix version, the best on a phone at the time), but the audio is gawd-awful. anyway, nobody can say i don't have other great RUSH videos, just look at my channel!!! AND, i'll be at 19 shows this year as well, but up front except a few times.

@manfromregina - it's not a bad vid for a 1.2 mpx phone probably in full zoom at a rock concert! For 2008 I had a 3 mpx Samsung phone, better video, awful sound. THEN, if you check my channel, you will see that when point-and-shoots were allowed at the shows I made the jump to full HD front row vids!

no, his scuffle was at a new year's party at the ritz carlton in Naples where he has a house. he ended up with a plea bargain and probation, and the civil judge tossed his suit, unfortunately. assuming excessive force was used, which seems likely, at least Alex put a good hurting on them. i know that sounds immature, but hey, the accounts seem to indicate security and police didn't follow use of force procedure in light of the harmless behavior in question, and that's coming from a former MP.
