  • @zhrzhrzhrrh That's because Brits know the value of good films and the messages they're supposed to pass on, as opposed to just wanting to make a lot of money in the box office...

Of course, there are exceptions :P

  • @TheBlueLake2 He's British. They don't like girls.

  • @TreyMeans3 THATS NOT NICE!!!!!! AND ITS NOT TRUE!!!

  • Not bad...

    not bad at all

  • impressed lol

  • His american accent makes him sound like a dweeb.

  • That was really good! =D

  • Wow! His American accent is impressive!

  • That was really good. Odd, because I'm so used to hearing his natural accent, but definitely good.

  • There's actually no such thing as a British accent as that would combine the accents of England, Scotland, Wales and N.Ireland which is impossible.. I mean in England alone there's atleast 20 different accents. I love his normal accent <3

  • OMG!!!!!! HIS VOICE CHANGED

  • accents are nice :D

  • omg so awesome

  • cute!

  • That. Was. Completely sexy :D

  • @cutekillerofwow lmfao your sexy comment got 69 likes...me and my immaturity

  • @sophiaxox0 If you never told me that, I never would have known! Woot for sexiness! ;D

  • Lol, according to the British accent there is no r in the word better

    Sounds like "Bettuh"

  • @MultipleSturosis No, that's a southern English accent, not British. There isn't an "official" accent because Britain is full of REGIONAL accents. FYI, Britain is made up of Scotland, Wales and England, not just England. Tell that to your friends/parents and teachers. Oh, and btw, you ignorant little twat, get a better education. Seriously.

  • @MultipleSturosis according to south west 'british' accent, better has two r's in it, there's a lot of variation

  • pretty close...but the way he said "open" was still very Brit

  • i think he finds the girl attractive. she's so pretty

  • i think american accents are cool....not bashing the british accent as many british people like to do to the american accent. but the american accent sounds more down to earth and not so stuck up.

  • @jjalith Brits sound stuck up? Seriously? American's "down to earth"? And you say you're NOT bashing our accent?

FYI, we have plenty of laid back accents. Just because your movie studios pick the ones that HAPPEN to sound stuck up in movies doesn't mean they all really fucking sound like that. Oh, what next; all southerners in the US actually talk like they do in True Blood?

  • @SkullXII No you guys have cool accents no doubt, but I just get sick of hearing people bash the American accent. But I guess I shouldn't be stereotypical and say yours sounds stuck up either, I'm sure you have cool ones. Sorry about that. I'm also Russian by the way, I'm not even American so yeah.

  • lisp???

  • Awww The Boy Who Lived sounded Southern. How cute

  • omg he sounded sooo different

  • Niiiiiiiiiice.

  • aw he tried still love him

  • Wow. That is a very, very nice voice. I would love to see him as Superman or something like that.

  • haha love it.

  • Not bad, I heard his accent slip a little on "Friday" though.

  • Ah it is amazing when British people do an American accent, but it is dumb when Americans do a British accent! Iunno. Maybe it is because I am American, but I don't think Americans have an accent. If you really think about it. Americans(without a country accent or city accent), speak words purely as they are written with no certain accent on a certain sound or letter. Kind of a monotone accent, if you'd like to say.

  • @BLinDaTbESt My sophomore year of high school we had a foreign exchange student from Germany who spoke English with a British accent. We asked him which accent he thought was clearer and he said the British accent sounded much clearer to him than an American accent. He said it took him a while to be able to understand American accents. To this day that still boggles my mind :/

  • @BLinDaTbESt that's very true. an american accent doesn't really sound like any of the other ones.

  • soooo.true.when.i.try.to.speak.british.i.sound.like.a.moran.i'm.better.off.being.an.

    american.girl.lol!!

  • OMG LOOOOOOOOOOL HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA! daniel u ain't bad looking at all! :D

  • Oh my God, this is something I always fantasized over and thought I'd never once in my lifetime see. That was great! : )

  • british accents, as a whole, sound so much more pretty ! <3

  • Pfft, ask him to do a Boston accent or an American Southern accent and then I'll be impressed.

  • lol... like it... but the high five was kinda weird...:))

  • Is it just me or does Dan speak with a slight western tone when he speaks with an American accent?

  • @Twiholic913620 most brits tend to do that when they try to imitate an american accent. my friend's family from london came over one time, and when I asked all her cousins and whatnot to try to talk in an american accent it all sounded ridiculously southern or cheerleader-ish. haha it's just the stereotype they're accustomed to (:

  • OMG i Just noticed how absolutely gorgeous he is!!

  • Woooow I'm impressed :) But I don't think he likes Americans very much, he looked like he wanted to slap her. Now if only someone could get Tom Felton to speak with an American accent...

  • @InTheMist032000 there's already a video of Tom Felton doing an American Accent. I think it's called "Harry Potter Cast Speaks American" Rupert, Tom, Daniel and Emma all say different phrases. I quite enjoyed it :)

  • @neosoulatmidnight That video was funny! I love watching it. On some words like "garden" they threw in a southern accent.

  • That sounds nothing like an american accent...fail

  • @brightredoctober im an american and yes it does.... when his british accent melts away and is undetectable and he sounds normal..... then it is in fact an excellent portrayal of the American accent.

  • SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than Twilight............

  • @phinneysean LOL. Everything is better than Twilight. :D

  • Wow...I'm American. That was very odd. o_O

  • he says it like he's a robot...

  • @saychristiiiiee because we r robots in America... didn't you know that?

    P.S.

    1010101101000

  • 0:11 why did he look like he was about the bust out his wand and zap the girl?

  • Oh, my god, that's so weird. He doesn't even sound remotely like himself. Haha. Neat. ;)

  • Wait'll he gets older and he can remake all of the Dudley Moore movies.

  • damn!!! i didnt think that he could do it!!!! that was awesome!!!

  • Okay.that was hot.because I'm used to Daniel's british accent.but I never thought he could pull off an american accent.Amazing!

  • OMG his american accent is so cute! :D

  • That was really good!

  • oh my lord. that was sexy. and i did not ever expect that to come out from his mouth.

  • I love how when people try doing an American accent they have to talk with absolutely no emotion... Like Americans walk around tlaking with no personality. ahahhaa, and when we try to do British accents we do them with too much enthusiam

  • @belkel900 Haha!!!! I totally agree. When american people try to immitate british accents, they always seem to do it with so much enthusiasm. Its way too amusing to do it any other way.... lol what's the great american past-time? Not baseball, it's speaking in a british accent lol.

  • @belkel900 haha because its so easy to say words >.>

  • @belkel900 haha thats so true, ive never noticed.

  • @belkel900 haha ikr!! they look like robots. and then when we do it we look like... idk just crazy lollll

  • I want a movie about Americans and British. Except the Americans are played by brits and the British are played by Yanks.

  • @RollOnToVictory that would be epic in my opinion :P

  • @RollOnToVictory

    Great Idea! :D

  • @RollOnToVictory I'm American, sorry, Yank and I want in on this movie. I enjoy attempting british accents and scottish accents and Irish and Australian, the problem is it's too easy to slide from one into another without realizing it. I think if the world all spoke one language but with cool accents it would be a good time.

  • @RollOnToVictory I would kill to see a movie like that.

  • @RollOnToVictory thats the best idea I've heard in a very long time. hahaha!

  • @RollOnToVictory THAT WOULD BE SO COOL

  • @RollOnToVictory that would be really awsome!

  • He's fucking brilliant at it! :D
